i really miss these bros, and lox in general. ;3; i haven’t been able to rp juke properly in the past few months, and consequently he has not developed much. Actually, I feel like i’m kind of losing a handle of his character…. /weep

anywho—MINNGGGG. aasdlkfjhnngh <3 SHE IS SO AWESOME AND ADORABLE. I appreciate how as a character, she beautifully balances out hilarious derpiness and badassery. I really wasn’t able to capture her character well when I was drawing her; need to practice drawing her more…8}

To Juke, Ming is a really special person. She’s “Piccolo,” his “sidekick”— but more than that, she’s a companion that he truly feels comfortable being himself with. I guess he assumes a sort of “guardian”/older brother role with her, which I think he relishes because it makes him feel useful and capable in a sense (although in reality he's pretty terrible at it hahaaa). Even though Juke is protective of all his friends, I think that if Ming ever got seriously hurt, Juke would really go beserk.

I also drew my older design for Juke as a product of nostalgia. He was originally intended to have darker, more blackish hair, but it slowly became eggplant brown/burghundy-ish. I’m contemplating whether I should keep his hair short, or grow it out again…..?
